Enter the following passwords on the password screen.
You may only enter one per mission. Once in the mission 
hold hover up and air brake at the same time to activate 
the desired cheat:

WOOWOO:havoc sirens on.
BENIHILL:makes street vehicles super fast.
SUPERCAM:enemy fall cam.
