Command line parameters
 Type any number of these parameters after the program name on the 
 DOS command line. 
 
 -K - Use keyboard 
 -J - Use joystick 
 -S - Enable sounds 
 -E - Use EGA display 
 -C - Use CGA display 
 -Q - Disable sounds 
 
 Enable step 1.. F1 or ESC (menu screen will appear)
 Enable step 2.. CTRL-A-L (menu screen prompts for a three digit code)
 
 Use these three digits codes::
 extra lives.... 325:
 skip ending.... 589:
 2x point value. 822:
 goto room xx... 7xx 
 (last two digits of three digit code = room number)
